Payment is due only after your cleaning service is completed. At the beginning of the day, we place a temporary hold on your credit card, but the charge is processed only once the service is finished. If you prefer to pay in cash, that’s perfectly fine — we’ll still place a hold on your card, which will be released as soon as your cash payment is received.

To ensure every cleaning meets our high standards, we offer in-person pre-assessments before certain services. This allows us to accurately evaluate your home’s condition and assign the right number of maids, time, and resources. It also helps keep your project budget aligned with your actual needs rather than an average estimate.

Please note that your initial flat rate may change after the pre-assessment. Homes with more activity, pets, or clutter may require more time, while lightly used homes may cost less. We’ll always share any updates to the scope and pricing before the cleaning so you can review and approve them in advance.

We do our best to send the same team for each cleaning, but we can’t always guarantee it. With over 40 team members serving more than 3,000 clients across the Las Vegas valley, scheduling depends on availability, location, and each maid’s unique strengths.

If having your preferred team is important to you, let us know and stay flexible with your cleaning times — this makes it much easier to accommodate your request. Even without special arrangements, most clients get their regular team about 80% of the time, and all our maids deliver the same high standards of service. We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you ever aren’t happy, we’ll make it right or issue a refund.

While most homes fit within our standard flat-rate pricing, some require additional time and resources due to their condition. Homes that haven’t been cleaned in a long time or that include factors such as excessive clutter, heavy grease or mold, pet fur, animal waste, or strong odors may fall under our heavy-duty cleaning category.

If our crew determines that your home requires heavy-duty service, you’ll have three options: (1) allow us to work within the originally scheduled time and focus on your top priorities, (2) upgrade to our Heavy-Duty Cleaning option so we can bring additional staff, time, and equipment to achieve the best results, or (3) cancel the appointment at no charge. This approach helps us stay fair, transparent, and focused on delivering the quality results Superb Maids is known for.

Our pricing is based on the overall size of the home, estimated by the number of bedrooms, rather than the specific rooms cleaned. This approach allows us to plan the right team size and cleaning duration to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Even if certain rooms don’t require cleaning, the rest of the home—such as bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas—often requires the same or greater effort. (We do, however, offer a $10 discount per unused bedroom.)

Booking based on your home’s true size ensures we send the correct number of maids and allocate enough time for a thorough, detailed clean. This helps us maintain our high standards and 98% satisfaction rate. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll make it right or issue a refund under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Looking to freshen up just a few rooms or stay within a specific budget? Our hourly cleaning service is a flexible option designed just for that. Ideal for partial cleanings—when less than 60% of your home needs attention—you can set your priorities, and our expert team will focus on what matters most to you. We’ll make every minute count, delivering the same exceptional quality and care we’re known for. If you’d like us to go beyond the scheduled time, you’ll always have the option to extend your cleaning.

We’re committed to using the most effective and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions available. Our team brings all necessary supplies to every service — including trusted brands like Method and Bar Keepers Friend, along with our own vacuums, mops, and tools. In some cases, green products may not be strong enough to remove deep stains, discoloration, or mold. When that happens, we’ll let you know and offer the option to use a stronger — yet still non-toxic and safe — alternative from reputable brands. If you prefer we use your own products or tools, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.

Life happens — and sometimes things just get a little out of control. We completely understand! Whether it’s a messy room, an overflowing closet, or that storage space you haven’t opened in months, our organization and decluttering services can help you get everything back in order.

Even if you’ve booked a standard cleaning, you’re in good hands. Our team will carefully work around any clutter and tidy up as much as possible, leaving your home feeling lighter, fresher, and more peaceful.

Need to change your plans? No problem! You can cancel your service up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. If you cancel within 24 hours, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

If you’d like to reschedule instead, we’re happy to help — and there’s no fee for doing so. We’ll work with you to find a time that’s convenient for your schedule.

We love pets! For everyone’s safety, please secure any animals that may pose a threat. Pets that might interfere with the cleaning process should also be kept in a separate area. Please note that we are not equipped to clean up pet accidents, such as feces. If you need this type of cleaning, we’re happy to recommend a bio-cleaning specialist.

We know life can get busy, and sometimes you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning — no problem! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll happily adjust your appointment at no charge.

As a recurring client, you enjoy exclusive rates and promotions, so we do ask that services aren’t skipped three consecutive times. If that happens, the recurring arrangement will be cancelled, and when you return, the current rates at that time will apply.
