Welcome to the Superb Maids Client Portal — your complete guide to getting the most out of your cleaning service.
Here you’ll find everything you need to know before, during, and after your cleaning appointment.
Our goal is to make your experience honest, simple, clean — from start to finish.
Prepare Your Home (Light Prep Only)
To help our team work efficiently, please take a few minutes to:
- Remove excessive clutter from floors, counters, and surfaces
- Put away personal/valuable items
- Secure pets if needed (see pet section)
You do not need to “clean” before we come — that’s our job 😊
Access to Your Home
Choose whichever access method is easiest for you:
- Be home to let the team in
- Provide a door or garage code
- Hide a key in a secure spot
- Leave instructions in your booking notes
Please ensure our team can enter on time. Delays may reduce the time available for cleaning.
Parking
If your community has special parking rules, please let us know in advance.
If no parking is available near your home, the team may need extra time to reach your door.
We love pets — we work in many pet-friendly homes!
For safety:
- Please secure large or protective dogs
- Let us know if your pets are nervous around visitors
If you have indoor-only cats, please ensure they don’t escape when doors are opened
What we cannot do around pets:
- Clean up feces, urine, vomit, or pet accidents
- Clean heavily soiled pet areas requiring PPE or hazardous cleanup
If you need help with pet accident cleanup, ask us — we can recommend specialty services.

- Wipe and sanitize counters

Bathrooms

Bedrooms & Living Spaces
- Dust all reachable surfaces
- Dust furniture
- Make beds (or change sheets upon request)

For your safety and ours, we avoid:
- Cleaning areas higher than we can reach with a 2-step stool
- Handling human or pet waste
- Lifting heavy furniture
- Carpet shampooing / steam cleaning
- Mold removal
- Deep grout restoration
- Washing walls (light spot-cleaning only)
- Cleaning exterior windows or screens
- Moving large appliances (stove, fridge, washer/dryer)

Deep Cleaning, Heavy-Duty, & Special Conditions
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a long time, or requires extra attention (post-party, post-illness, hoarding conditions, excessive dust, grease, or build-up), we may need to upgrade to a Deep Cleaning or Heavy-Duty Cleaning.
Feedback, re-cleans, follow-up
- Visible grease buildup
- Thick dust layers
- Heavy pet hair
- Heavily soiled bathrooms
- Trash or clutter piles
- Post-construction dust
- Large or luxury estate homes requiring extended time
We always communicate clearly if additional time is needed — no surprises, ever.
- Payment is due on the day of service
- We accept all major credit cards
- Some bookings require a deposit (e.g., move-out cleanings, heavy-duty jobs)
- Tips are never expected but always appreciated
You will receive a digital receipt after payment.
We understand that plans change — simply contact us as soon as possible.
Policies:
- 24+ hours’ notice: no fee
- Less than 24 hours: service fee may apply
- Same-day cancellation / no entry: full rate may apply
- Non-refundable deposits: transferable if rescheduled 24+ hours in advance
We always try to be flexible whenever possible.
Quality Guarantee

If something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will:
- Return to re-clean the missed area free of charge, OR
- Provide a partial refund depending on the situation
